01Which supplier portals work today?+
Fetch Rover works best on billing pages that contain direct links to PDF invoices, receipts, statements or credit notes. Open the page in Chrome, sign in normally and click Find invoices. Portals that hide downloads behind buttons, extra forms, pagination or security challenges may need manual PDF import while we add a dedicated connector.
02Do I connect suppliers inside the desktop app?+
Not in this release. Supplier access stays in Chrome. The desktop Connections screen records pages you have scanned; it does not store passwords, schedule unattended visits or claim a pre-built integration with every supplier.
03Does Fetch Rover know my vendor passwords?+
No. The Chrome extension works with the signed-in session already held by Chrome. Password fields and cookies are not copied into the desktop app or account website.
04Where are invoice files stored?+
Inside a Fetch Rover folder in your Windows Documents directory. You can open the workspace, reveal any original PDF and back it up using your normal device policy.
05Does the document reader control my computer?+
No. Rover’s document reader reads PDF text locally and returns a constrained invoice record. It has no browser, credential access, device-control tools or internet access. Image-only PDFs are held for your review.
06What happens when Rover is unsure?+
The invoice is marked Needs review. Fetch Rover does not silently approve missing or low-confidence values.
