Straight answers
Before you let Rover near the books.
01Does Fetch Rover know my vendor passwords?+
No. The Chrome extension works with the signed-in session already held by Chrome. Password fields and cookies are not copied into the desktop app or account website.
02Where are invoice files stored?+
Inside a Fetch Rover folder in your Windows Documents directory. You can open the workspace, reveal any original PDF and back it up using your normal device policy.
03Does the local AI control my computer?+
No. Rover’s document reader receives PDF bytes and returns a constrained invoice record. Network access, device control, credential access and tool calling are blocked.
04What happens when Rover is unsure?+
The invoice is marked Needs review. Fetch Rover does not silently approve missing or low-confidence values.
