What counts

One chargeable event is one unique invoice PDF successfully collected from a vendor portal. A repeat of the same document for the same account is deduplicated. Manual imports, failed attempts, empty scans, retries and corrections do not count.

The monthly tariff

• The first 10 successful fetches on an account are free.
• Fetches 1–40 in a later month: 35p each.
• Fetches 41–140: 15p each.
• Fetches 141–500: included once the £29 monthly cap is reached.
• VAT is added at the applicable rate.

The account portal shows the signed count and estimated charge. Balances below £3 may roll into the next collection cycle to avoid disproportionate transaction costs.

Fair-use ceiling

The standard service supports up to 500 successful fetches per business per calendar month. We do not silently charge above the cap. If usage regularly exceeds it, we will discuss an appropriate business arrangement before changing service or price.

Disputes and corrections

Contact support if a count is wrong. Because events contain no invoice identity or value, we may ask you to provide local evidence you choose to share. Confirmed errors are credited to the current or next collection cycle.
